Product details

The pipeline single-stage high-shear mixing emulsifier is a process of efficiently, quickly and uniformly injecting one phase or multiple phases (liquid, solid, gas) into another immiscible continuous phase (usually liquid). Under normal circumstances, the phases are incompatible with each other. When external energy is input, the two materials recombine into a homogeneous phase.

Organic pigment high shear emulsifier adopt German Burgmann double end mechanical seal, under the premise of ensuring cooling water, it can run continuously for 24 hours. It is difficult for ordinary emulsifiers to run continuously for a long time, and ordinary emulsifiers cannot withstand high-speed operation.

Organic pigments refer to a type of pigments made from organic compounds that have color and other characteristics of a series of pigments. Our company's dual-entry high-shear dispersing emulsifier can disperse and homogenize the reaction product at the moment of the organic compound raw material mixing reaction, which can make the raw material mix more uniformly, the reaction is more thorough, and the granular material obtained can be dispersed in time Homogeneous, greatly improved the crystal form and fineness of organic pigments.

Mainly used in the production of microemulsions and ultrafine suspensions. Since the three sets of dispersing heads (stator + rotor) in the working chamber work at the same time, after the emulsion is subjected to high shear, the droplets are more delicate and the particle size distribution is narrower, so the resulting mixed liquid is more stable. The three groups of dispersing heads are easy to replace, suitable for different process applications. Different types of machines in this series have the same line speed and shear rate, which is very easy to expand production. The suitable temperature, pressure and viscosity parameters are the same as DISPGRSING. It also complies with CIP/SIP cleaning standards and is suitable for food and cosmetic production.

Work process:

1. Under the action of the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating rotor, the materials in the picture are simultaneously sucked into the working cavity from the upper and lower feeding areas of the working head from the axial direction.

2. The strong centrifugal force throws the material from the radial direction into the narrow and precise gap between the stator and the rotor. At the same time, the materials are initially dispersed and emulsified by centrifugal extrusion, impact and other forces.

3. At the outer end of the high-speed rotating rotor, a linear velocity of at least 15m/s is generated, and the maximum can be as high as 40m/s, and it forms strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, liquid layer friction, and impact tearing to make the material sufficient Dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, crushing, and injection through the stator slot at the same time. The emulsifier uses the high-speed rotation of the homogenizing head connected with the engine to shear, disperse and impact the material. In this way, the material will become more delicate and promote the integration of oil and water. Sauces, juices, etc. in the food industry. Ointment in the pharmaceutical industry. Emulsifiers are used in petrochemicals, paints, inks, etc. The application of mixing, stirring, dispersing, homogenizing, emulsifying and grinding in the process of experiment or industrial production.

4. The material is continuously ejected from the radial direction at high speed, and the flow direction is changed under the resistance of the material itself and the container wall. At the same time, under the action of the upper and lower axial suction force generated by the rotor area, the upper and lower two strands are formed. Strong turning turbulence. After several cycles of the material, the process of dispersion, emulsification and homogenization is finally completed.
