Juice hot drink filling 3-in-1 machine (Application fields: tea ,juice, milk and energy drinks )

This machine has washing ,filling and capping three functions in one body, total process is automatic .And it is suitable for high temperature resistance PET bottled juice and tea drink filling , also apply to mineral water , pure water and others non-gas beverage. It is made of high quality SUS304 stainless steel. Main components are processed precisely by CNC machine tool. The machine adopts advanced photoelectric to detect running status. No bottle no filling .It is possible to realize man –machine conversation because of applying touch screen for operation main performance.

1.It is used for filling tea, juicy ,milk etc.  The hot drink will be filled in the bottle at the temperature of 80℃~95℃ while the bottle was sterilized by UHT or HTST. After capping, the inner wall of packing container and cap will be sterilized by itself temperature.

2.Bottle is entered by air conveyor, the speed of bottle entering is fast and bottle shape is not changed because of adopting hanging clamping bottleneck fashion.

3.Adopting clamping bottleneck device to wash bottle mouth and avoid touching screw mouth, adopting clamping bottleneck device  in the accurately and without loss.

4.Filling adopts cylinder filling structure, filling valve adopts high filling speed and mass flow rate valve which control liquids level accurately and without loss.

5.The capping system applies advanced Italy  technology when clamp the cap will screw immediately and magnetic torque type capping head.

6.Negative pressure and gravity filling method improve the filling speed and control the filling level precisely .

7.The PLC and transducers are chosen from International famous brand, such as OMRON, MITSUBISHI and so on.

Features:

1.Full filling in the bottle avoids of the bottle distorting after cooling and reduces dissolved oxygen at the maximum degree.

2.Material storage hopper and feeding system is designed reasonable (constant flow ,constant pressure, no foaming ). It is used for feeding material by high–level tank.

3.The material storage hopper has exhaust system, fully-sealing system and temperature can be detected. The medium and high speed production line adopts product distributor instead of large liquid carousel, which can be cleaned completely by pressure cleaning with CIP. 

4.Sanitary filling valve system adopts umbrella-flow type structure with high speed.

5.Perfect hot filling temperature control system, product recycle tank system with automatic product feeding startup and perfect CIP cleaning system.
