Product Introduction
PVC-U pipe and pipe fittings are made of sanitary grade polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin as the Main raw material, add a suitable amount of additives, extruded by plastic extruder and injection Molding machine, through the processes of cooling, fixed-line, qualitative, inspection, packaging to complete the production of pipes and fittings.
There are no heavy metal additives in the PVC-U pipe and it would not be covered with dirt or contaminated by the bacterium.

Connecting ways of PVC Pipe
The connecting ways of PVC drain pipe mainly includes sealing rubber ring, glue connection and flange connection. Rubber socket connection are generally used for pipes with diameters more than or equal to 110 mm;Glue connection are generally used for pipes with diameters less than 110 mm, and socket joints are also used for pipes with diameters less than 110 mm. When pipe crossing sewers or other channels, metal pipes are usually used. At this time, flanged connection is used between plastic pipes and metal pipes. Flanges are also used to connect the front and rear of the valve to the pipeline.
